ReganWall Advisory Board

ReganWall established an Advisory Board in 2020 to oversee the growth of the firm and to provide objective feedback on the firm’s performance. The Advisory Board, which is comprised of seasoned executives, works with the firm’s partners to advise on strategic growth and direction.

By leveraging the perspectives of business leaders from a variety of backgrounds, the firm will benefit from their strategic advice and in-depth guidance. ReganWall is the first Irish law firm to appoint an Advisory Board of this kind.

Our current Advisory Board members are:

  • Brendan Lenihan

    Brendan Lenihan is Managing Director of Navigo Consulting. As a former President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Brendan has had a lengthy advisory and professional consulting career including as a Partner with Andersen Business Consulting and Principal of Brendan Lenihan & Associates where he has been a strategic adviser to a number of successful indigenous Irish businesses.

    Brendan is a non-executive Director of Bus Eireann and has held roles as an external member of the Audit & Risk Committees of the CIE Group and the Irish Dental Council. Brendan is a non-executive Director of HSE – Health Service Executive Ireland. Brendan is a trustee and Chair of Audit & Risk Committee Pieta House, a charity providing prevention, intervention, and bereavement services to those affected by suicide and self-harm.

    Brendan was previously a Group Finance Director of one of Ireland’s largest nursing home groups. He is a former non-executive Director of the international body coordinating the accounting profession in Britain and Ireland (CCAB Ltd). Brendan has been awarded a number of academic, civic, and professional honours including Graduate of the Year (UCC), and Winner, Irish Times Debating Competition.

  • Pat Lucey

    Pat Lucey, a finalist in the 2020 EY Entrepreneur of the Year, is a successful entrepreneur and senior executive. Having qualified as an electronic engineer Pat worked with Siemens and Motorola, where he lead a global enterprise project division, before co-founding Aspira, an enterprise IT project company, in 2007. As CEO for 15 years, Pat established and expanded the business from and initial team of 6 to 225 people with offices in Cork, Dublin, the Netherlands, and Portugal.

    Aspira merged with the Danish headquartered multinational emagine (formerly ProData Consult) in August 2022. The combined group has 675+ staff and revenues in excess of €470m, serving markets throughout Europe and India.

    Pat is the former President of the Ireland Chapter of the Project Management Institute, a not-for-profit professional organisation for project management.

  • Gillian French

    Gillian French is the founder and CEO of SISU Consulting, a specialist organisational development and design consultancy. Gillian is a highly experienced people leader, organisational behaviourist, senior executive coach, and HR strategist with over 20 years’ experience.

    Gillian has held numerous leadership roles working for the Jury Doyle Group, as Chief People officer for CarTrawler and for Cubic Telecom and more recently with Workvivo as their Expert in Residence – Employee Experience and Chief People Strategist.

    Gillian is an accredited coach and is certified in the use of MBTI, DISC, and EQI and is a regular media contributor and panellist on the future of work.
