The acquisition by Iceland Seafood International of seafood processor William Carr & Sons from Swedish seafood group, Mondi Group. William Carr & Sons was established in 1946 and was acquired by Mondi Group from the Carr family in 2014. The acquisition of William Carr & Sons, which incorporates the Nolans Quality Seafood brand, will further strengthen ISI’s ability to service the Irish retail market.
