The acquisition of Globalnet Solutions Limited (trading as Novi), a secure IT and cloud service provider, by Welltel, Ireland’s fastest growing end-to-end communications provider. Novi specialises in managed security services and has a number of high-profile Irish customers. The acquisition gives Welltel the ability to offer a fully integrated suite of managed IT services, remote working, phone systems and unified communications and secure connectivity to its customers.
